No, this isn't a support group. This is where to come if you are having technical problems with the site or if you have a question about something you've seen here.

Just the FAQs, Ma'am:

• Help! I'm having a technical problem with the site (display, navigation, broken link, etc.)!
  • Display Problems: Each browser displays HTML (Web) pages a little differently. In most instances, it's just a minor problem - something is laid out strangely, the text got reformatted to fit the width of the browser window and looks odd, and that sort of thing. There's really nothing I can do about it. For example, I know of a display issue where Opera displays something on each page of this site so it looks a little odd...but since it doesn't affect how things work (and since I don't know how to fix it anyway) I'm leaving it alone. If you're using a version 3.x browser, please visit the Links page to update your software to the latest version. See the Other Technical Problems section below if this didn't answer your question.

  • Navigation Issues: If you can't find something that you think is here (or ought to be here, or was here the last time you were), or if you can't figure out where something out to be, check the major category buttons in the navigation bar on the left side of each page. If you still can't find it, check the site map. If that doesn't help either, e-mail me and I'll try to help you out (what you're looking for just might not be here). If I get enough messages about problems of this type, I'll add a search engine to the site to try to straighten out the problem.

  • Broken Links: If a link on this site no longer works, let me know about it. I'll research the problem and either repair the link or remove it.

  • Any Other Technical Problems: Let me know what your problem is, what you tried to do to fix it, and some technical information about your system. I'll want to know what operating system and browser (including version numbers) you're using, how you're connecting to the Internet and at what speed, and anything else you feel might be relevant. I'll see if I can figure out what went wrong and what we'll need to do to fix it.

• Where's that picture of (subject) that used to be here? I really liked that one!
  • Have you looked through the pictures linked off the Photos section? If you have, and the photo you want really isn't here anymore, e-mail me with a description of the picture and its subject. I'll look through my files and put it back on the site in the appropriate place.

• Can I get a copy of that photo I like?
  • Yes! Every image posted here (except the Gallery paintings) should have a number along with its caption. Tell me which picture you want and what size you'd like the print to be, by image number and caption, and I'll have a copy made for you. Note that there may be a charge for this service to cover the cost of reprinting and mailing the image. If you'd rather have a digital copy instead of a physical print, be sure to let me know when you make your initial request I can make a high-resolution scan of the original image and send you the file by e-mail. (The image files here were posted at low to medium resolution to save space on the server and speed download time, and may not print well.)

• How can I get in touch with a particular member of the AZZOLES?
  • Is the person you're looking for in our Directory? If not, then I probably can't help you. If the AZZOLE you're looking for is in the Directory but the information you want isn't there, then I either don't have it or was asked not to release it. Either way, I can't do much to put you in touch. What I can do, however, is try to contact the AZZOLE you're seeking and relay your request to him or her; after that it would be up to that person to get back to you. If that's what you want to do, send me an e-mail message here.
